Child Safety Standards
Last updated: September 21, 2026
PartnerShe is an adults-only friendship app for women. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any attempt to contact or solicit a minor. This page describes the standards we hold ourselves to and how to reach us.
Minors are not allowed on PartnerShe
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Every signup requires a date of birth and is rejected below 18.
- If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove it and delete its data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited content and behaviour
The following are banned everywhere on PartnerShe, including profiles, photos and private messages:
- Sharing, requesting or describing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexualising a minor in any way, including in text, images or role-play
- Grooming, sextortion, or arranging contact with a minor
- Impersonating a minor, or using photos of a minor on a profile
How to report
- Report: tap Report on a profile, or open the chat → menu → Report. Choose a reason and add details. Reporting also hides that person from you immediately.
- Block: open the chat with that person → menu → Block. Neither of you can see or contact the other again.
- By email: support@partnershe.com with the subject "Child safety report". You do not need an account to report.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
What we do with a report
- Child safety reports are reviewed by a person, ahead of all other reports, within 24 hours of receipt.
- Confirmed CSAE results in immediate removal of the content and a permanent ban of the account. We do not offer appeals for CSAE bans.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, in Israel and elsewhere, as required by applicable law.
- Evidence connected to a child safety report is preserved for the period required by law, even if the reported account is deleted.
Compliance and contact
We comply with child safety laws in every region where PartnerShe is available, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. Our designated child safety contact is able to speak about our CSAE prevention practices and compliance:
