Terms of Service

Acceptance and eligibility

These terms form a binding agreement between you and PartnerShe. By creating an account or using the PartnerShe app or website, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

You may only use PartnerShe if all of the following are true: you are at least 18 years old; you identify as a woman; you can enter a binding contract; you are not barred from receiving our services under any applicable law; and you have not previously been removed from PartnerShe.

The service

PartnerShe is a platform for discovering and connecting with other women for platonic friendship. We provide discovery, matching, and messaging tools. We do not guarantee matches, friendships, safety, or any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Venues and partner offers

PartnerShe may highlight third-party venues, businesses, and locations ("Venues") and may surface promotional offers, discounts, deals, or perks made available by those Venues. Venues are independent third parties. They are not owned, operated, staffed, or controlled by PartnerShe, and we have no partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship with them beyond making their offers visible in the app.

PartnerShe does not provide, prepare, sell, or deliver any food, drink, product, service, or experience offered at or by any Venue, and we make no representations or warranties about them — including as to their quality, safety, hygiene, legality, availability, pricing, or fitness for any purpose. Any offer, deal, or perk is provided solely by the Venue, is subject to the Venue's own terms and availability, and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn by the Venue at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any Venue will honor any offer.

Your decision to visit, contact, purchase from, or otherwise interact with a Venue is entirely your own, and any resulting transaction or arrangement is solely between you and the Venue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartnerShe is not responsible or liable for: (a) the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any Venue or of any food, drink, product, or service it provides; (b) any act, omission, negligence, or conduct of any Venue or its staff; (c) any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising out of your visit to, purchase from, or dealings with a Venue; or (d) the honoring, accuracy, terms, or value of any offer, deal, or perk. Any dispute regarding a Venue, its premises, or its offers must be resolved directly with that Venue.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Provide accurate information during signup. Fake profiles, impersonation, and providing misleading identity information are grounds for immediate termination.

Your content and license

You own the photos, bio, messages, and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant PartnerShe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content to other users within the app, and to process it as needed to operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been distributed to other users (e.g. a message in a conversation).

You warrant that you have the right to upload whatever you upload, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it does not violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Post hate speech, sexual content, or illegal content
  • Spam or solicit users for commercial purposes
  • Impersonate another person or create fake profiles
  • Attempt to access accounts you don't own or circumvent blocks
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute user content or platform data
  • Automate account creation or bot behavior
  • Use the service if you are under 18 or have been previously banned

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.

Intellectual property and license grant

The PartnerShe name, logo, design, source code, and compilation of content are owned by PartnerShe. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PartnerShe app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these terms.

User-generated content (your photos, bio, messages) remains owned by you, subject to the license you grant us in the "Your content" section above.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete My Account.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PartnerShe is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful content. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of PartnerShe is limited to the greater of amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero — PartnerShe is free) or ₪50. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PartnerShe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of the service, (b) your user content, (c) your violation of these terms, (d) your violation of any third party's rights, or (e) your conduct with other users. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

Before filing a legal claim, please try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing support@partnershe.com. Most issues can be resolved this way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address on your account and by posting the updated terms at this URL. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PartnerShe after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you don't agree with the revised terms, stop using PartnerShe and delete your account.

Other terms

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and PartnerShe regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
