Delete your PartnerShe data
Delete some of your data (keep your account)
You can remove specific pieces of your profile without deleting your account:
- Photos: Profile → Edit Profile → tap a photo → Remove
- Bio: Profile → Edit Profile → clear the bio field → Save
- Interest tags: Profile → Edit Profile → tap any selected tag to remove it
- Life stages: Profile → Edit Profile → Life Stages → deselect any you no longer want
- Chat history with a specific person: open the chat → menu → Unmatch. The conversation is permanently deleted for both sides.
- Push notification token:revoke notification permission in your phone's system settings, or sign out
For requests not covered by in-app controls, email support@partnershe.com with the subject "Data deletion request" describing what you want removed. We respond within 48 hours.
Delete your entire account
Open the PartnerShe app on your phone and follow these steps:
- Open PartnerShe on your phone
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete My Account in the Danger Zone
- Confirm deletion
Can't log in?
Email us at support@partnershe.com with the subject "Account deletion request"from the email address associated with your account. We'll delete everything within 48 hours.
What happens when you delete
- Deleted immediately: your profile, photos, bio, interests, approximate location, and push tokens
- Kept for other users:conversations you were part of remain visible to your matches, but you appear as "Deleted User"
- Kept for safety: reports you filed, and reports filed about you, are retained for safety enforcement even after deletion (GDPR legitimate interest)
- Not recoverable: once deleted, your account cannot be restored. You can create a new account with the same email, but it starts fresh.
